The complex was founded by Nurit, who is known for her love of entertaining people and her simple, delicious food. Yoav Rozen, a carpenter and wood artist, opened the "Hapundak" - a place that blends great music and fine dining, in the delightful, rustic atmosphere of Nir Akiva's lush, green, open fields. Hapundak's signature dish is the handmade pizza in a wood-burning oven that Yoav built from mud and bricks. The pizzas are made from high-quality dough Yoav prepares himself with great passion, after learning and experimenting in numerous dough workshops. The fresh toppings are original and made from ingredients grown in Yoav's and Elinor's vegetable patch. The place serves as a meeting point for friends, and families with children, for whom we built swings, family games, a sandbox complex and an intimate concert area. The sheep farm is run as an agricultural farm in the HaBasor region. Tze'ela Dairy Farm is an individual farm located on the pastoral Meshek Tzon, celebrating its 50th anniversary. A visit to the site includes an explanation about life on the farm, a tour of the pens and the dairy institute. One may also visit the cheese store where it is possible to taste and purchase the sheep’s-milk cheeses produced in the dairy. There are also shaded seating corners at the dairy farm. Fresh, hot and delicious pizza with cheeses from the Ivry Dairy Farm. We have two carts, one permanently located in Moshav Talmei Yosef, and the other moves around. We at Pizza Habayta try to protect the environment, so whenever possible, we serve our pizza on a reusable tray and pour the beer into reusable beer mugs. We also use local agricultural produce, and sometimes you can enjoy our specials, prepared from fruit or vegetables the local farmers could not sell because they were visually unacceptable for wholesale, yet fresh and delicious - so, we salvage all this produce and prepare great food or pizza toppings out of it....

Geula Bar was founded by David and Nitzan, two brothers from Moshav Tkuma, and their partners, Ruth and Ella. Why 'Geula' - you ask?
