A boutique brewery that cooks 7 types of regular beer and seasonal beers, in the courtyard there are sitting areas, light food and refreshments on side the beer. On Fridays smoked meat and fine sausages. Every hour on the morning tours of the brewery, an explanation of the beer brewing process and tasting. Midweek by appointment. In 15.2 there will be a performance by Jimbo Ji and the spa band. See page 21.

The cooks are coming

Leading cooks will be hosted in the different business to prepare a selected dish and demonstrate to the audience with tips and tastings. The meetings are free of charge for those entering the sites.

Az-Telem a blog owner and author of the best-seller 'The Cauliflower Book' and Olga Tuchcher, a vegan confectioner and owner of the blog "The Secret Ingredient". Part of Foody's blog team. Her dish: lemon cream with herbs on a crisp bottom of nuts and dates. Dessert vegan cups / Parave and gluten free. His dish: live cauliflower salad with herbs, nuts and strawberries.


'Kemach Ha’aretz Flour Mill | Kohav Michael

On the occasion of the festival, flour mill gates will be opened for active baking demonstrations where you are invited to feel the dough in your hands. Sale of baked goods and breads from the stone oven. An explanation of our special grinding process, the flour mill and the grinders. We will demonstrate work with our unique gluten-free baking mixes and offer tastings. In the mill shop: bread, sourdough, pastries, challahs, dips, seeds, special flours and gluten-free mixtures. Baking workshops for groups are held in coordination.
